Air Force Reserve officer to run as Libertarian against Wittman

Xavian Draper of Newport News is the Libertarian nominee for Congress in the 1st District. He will take on Rep. Robert J. Wittman, R-1st.

According to a news release from his campaign, Draper plans to focus on protecting our civil liberties from intrusion by overreaching government agencies, improving our military capacity while reforming bloated military spending, and moving to a fair tax code.
