What are some good fiber foods?

Some of the best foods for getting natural fiber into your daily diet are: 1) Banana's, 2) Apples, 3) Almonds, 4) Blackberries, 5) Raspberries, 6) whole wheat spaghetti 7) baked beans, 8) black beans.
