Independent Living Systems (ILS) has completed its acquisition of Royal Health Care (Royal), a business and technology service provider delivering fully integrated third-party administrative solutions for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and Specialty plans since 1996.

As an increasing number of health plans and provider organizations look to expand their scope of services, ILS and Royal are uniquely positioned to support a wide-range of health care payers in delivering comprehensive, cost effective and personalized care to their members.
