She was born in Athens, where she live and work, on 15 January. At the age of 8, she started to train in martial arts, and more specifically, Kung Fu. she got involved with martial arts championships from 1989 to 1994. she always liked to add a few weights in her training for muscular strengthening, something that she started to like more and more. At the age of 17 she realised that she was "madly in love with dumbells". she began to exercise intensively with weights, and at the same time reading innumerable books about exercises, training sessions with weights, diets and anatomy. she decided to start competeing in bodybuilding competitions, and in May 2006, in the MR. and Mrs. Hellas NABBA contest, she conquered the 1st place in the "Figure" class and in the NABBA WORLD championship she conquered the 4th place in the "Figure" classFrom:NayansWorldViews:24 0ratingsTime:01:09More inEntertainment
