Best track to come from my short-lived band "The Vikas." Originally written for my indie punk band "Dusters?" but then we broke up. I listen to the silence, to hear what once was heard I #39;m being brought to tears but without a single word I stand where once stood others, and immortality was sought What could have gone through his mind when he turned to her and thought I #39;ll draw her cave paintings, horses on the wall Cave paintings, our lives don #39;t matter at all If I could speak I #39;d sing her a song that would last a thousand years But I can #39;t so I #39;ll just draw, focusing my fears When did we learn emotion? When did fear and love come in? Was he living life in sentience, had we yet created sin? Did he think about the future, as his drawing set him free?
