Buskers are important contributors to the atmosphere of Paris but, to record and place on youtube what they are playing is an invitation to feel the wrath of those who seek every opportunity to fill their already overfilling coffers by accusing you of infringement. Why should these young people be denied the right to play from a sheet of music that has probably long ago moved out of the period of copyright. Such talent like this is being stifled for the sake of greed. The original composer would have wanted his work to be performed publicly to exemplify his genius, those who now seek to deny that freedom could in fact be denying his human rights in memorium, for the sake of increasing their own wealth.
