Eddie Lang. "Feeling my way". (Lang and Kress). Eddie Lang---Guitar solo with guitar accomp. by Carl Kress. Recorded Jan 17th 1932. Lang was considered to be the father of jazz guitar and hugely influenced later players including Django Reinhardt. His famoust partnership with Joe Venuti came to a sad and premature end when, in 1933 at the age of only 30, Eddie died as a result of an operation for tonsil removal.
