Rutgers receives $2.4M to study military suicide

Jay A. Tischfield, director of the Human Genetics Institute of New Jersey at Rutgers University, will use a $2.4 million grant to determine whether there is a genetic predisposition to mental-health disorders that can help decrease the risk of suicide and post-traumatic stress disorder in U.S. soldiers.
