Upstairs the main living area seamlessly blends sophisticated styling with natural beach flair. Gleaming honey-toned hardwood flooring flows throughout. Lavish appointments feature beautiful tropically themed decorative art with comfortable creamy white furnishings that include a queen sized sleeper sofa, six matching accent chairs and a large TV above an ornate credenza. A Teak wood dining table includes bench seating and two cloth high backed chairs. This sits beside an open gourmet kitchen that has stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry and a sleek black granite-topped bar with three saddle stools. The Guest Bedroom on this second-floor level has a new king size bed with elegant white attire and a window that overlooks the palms on Scenic Gulf Drive. Tents & Canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.

The Frangista Homeowner Association requires special permitting and an event fee for all weddings. Please contact a representative for additional details if you plan to host an event.
