The Wellness Zone Direct Primary Care and Aesthetics is opening in Liberty Hill on May 15.

Owned by Jennifer Gurley and Lynn Salapong, the business will provide primary care services such as annual physicals, lab tests, sick visits, management of acute or chronic health conditions, prescription management and weight loss counseling.

Gurley said The Wellness Zone does not accept insurance and patients pay a monthly membership fee instead. Membership benefits include direct access to providers, telehealth visits, same-day appointments and discounted lab and imaging rates.

The business also specializes in beauty services like fillers, microneedling, facials and IV therapy.

The Wellness Zone was previously named RenewMe Beauty and Wellness and was located in an office suite in Cedar Park. Gurley said the business was operating on a smaller scale then.
