Marina Del Rey Beaches and Harbors names new deputy director John Kelly has been appointed deputy director in charge of capital infrastructure projects and facilities maintenance at the Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors. A former civil engineer at the county Department of Public Works, Kelly will oversee the Beaches and Harbors departments many capital improvement projects on beaches, as well as infrastructure development efforts in the harbor and other parts of Marina del Rey, said Beaches and Harbors Director Santos Kreimann.
