In the first half, running back Joe Mixon carried the ball 14 times for 142 yards and scored three touchdowns, including a 73-yard punt return, as the host Falcons dominated the Panthers.

Freedom running backs Marcel Zanders and Malik Jackson also contributed touchdown runs of 2 and 14 yards, respectively, in the first half, and quarterback Dante Mayes completed 4 of 8 passes for 111 yards in the first two quarters.

Zanders led the defense at linebacker with three sacks of Antioch's Hunter Karnthong in the first half.

Karnthong completed 13 of 26 passes for 113 yards and kicked a 25-yard field goal as the halftime buzzer sounded.

Freedom (6-2, 3-0 BVAL), which has won five straight, hosts Deer Valley next Friday and plays at Liberty in the Bell Game on Nov. 2. Antioch (5-3, 0-3) closes its regular season with two games at home, against Liberty next Friday and Pittsburg on Nov. 2.
