Each time I start my 2002 Chevy Duramax diesel the volt meter reads low for about 30 seconds. It'll read about 10 volts then after 30 seconds go up to 14. I'm pretty sure that the reading on the volt meter is correct. If I operate the electric window when the reading is low, the window operates slow
