"The NC Libertarian Party #39;s fight against state ballot-access restrictions involves important fundamental constitutional issues. That #39;s a key point Jason Kay made today during a presentation to the John Locke Foundation and the Federalist Society. Kay, senior staff attorney for the NC Institute for Constitutional Law, discussed the history of the Libertarians #39; court fight and some of the key legal issues to be resolved in the case. In a 2-1 decision, the NC Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the state #39;s current restrictions. The majority held that the state #39;s current law must be considered constitutional unless Libertarians can make an overwhelming case against it. Video I took of the Boat Canadian Transfer on Lake Superior. She was leaving the Port of Thunder Bay Ontario and was up to speed as she passed the Welcome Islands while we were out in my boat. This was back in 2006 and the boat has since been renamed Algoma Transfer. In order to activate a radio tower, one must climb to the very top, and interact with a box located there. Once done, key areas surrounding it will be identified, and several weapons and other various items for the store will become free. This action can be likened to the process of climbing a tower in the Assassin #39;s Creed series (both developed by the offshoots of the same company). The view is taken in a quick circle around the tower, slowing down at key areas to show their significance. Far Cry 3 returns the series to a tropical island setting, similar to the first game and unlike the second game, which took place in an African savanna setting. Players will assume the role of protagonist Jason Brody, part of a group of friends on vacation who are captured by Vaas, the leader of a group of pirates working for a slave trafficking ring. Jason escapes and now seeks to rescue his friends.
