In local news; the highest rate of multiple sclerosis in the world has been found in Orkney. The Islands have, per capita, more people with the condition than any other place, according to a world study of the disease. The research also discovered that the number of people with MS in Orkney has increased. Also in sport; Craig Brown #39;s urged FIFA to step in to prevent club #39;s losing their top prospects for next to nothing. Ryan Fraser #39;s set to become the latest to leave Aberdeen after snubbing a new deal.
