Liberty Mutual, denies a legitimate claim that was caused by their insured talking on her cell phone. She never even put the phone down after she caused accident, or when the police arrived. It took 5 seconds to make a left hand turn, she hit me during the 4th second of that turn, striking the rear of my passenger side and totaling a great car that had 66000 miles on it. Liberty Mutual denies many claims in order to avoid paying out liability, and they are being sued for these damages.
