Sky News host Chris Kenny says it is "ridiculous and insulting" to pretend Twitter will suddenly become the "objective informed arbiter between truth and spin, reality and fake news," as it announces it will fact check President Trump."Twitter, a veritable sewer of obscenity, abuse and fake news - especially on politics - is now pretending to check facts when it comes to the US Presidential election".Mr Kenny said the popular social media platform is not actually checking verifiable facts, it is "just pushing its green Left political spin against Donald Trump's political spin".Twitter's "sudden attempt to play adjudicator" has triggered the president to threaten to sign an executive order on in to "silence or restrict them," Mr Kenny said."So now free speech is under threat from both Twitter and the White House".Image: AP
