This will be the first matchup between these two teams in the young season. The Comets will also be hosting their Annual Media Game at halftime, pitting the area's top internet, TV, radio and newspaper personalities against each other in a halftime exhibition.

The Comets have gotten to their position in the MISL table with one of the most dynamic offenses in the league. Forward Leo Gibson and midfielder Vahid Assadpour lead the league in scoring, and they are joined by four other players among the MISL's top 25 scorers. Overall, The Comets have six players who are already in double digit scoring. Midfielders Bryan Perez and John Sosa were named to this week's MISL Team of the Week after posting seven and six points respectively in last week's game against the St. Louis Ambush.

The Syracuse Silver Knights, on the other hand, enter tomorrow night's match as the league's second best defensive team. They are only allowing eight points per game through their first six matches. Goalkeeper Brian O'Quinn has the MISL's best save percentage (.851) and, along with Comets goalkeeper Danny Waltman, shares the league lead for goalkeeper wins with 4. Another member of the league's Team of the Week, Kenardo Forbes, leads the Silver Knights with eight goals and 22 points.

Halftime of this exciting match will feature the 3rd Annual Comets Media Game. Some of the Kansas City metro area's most loved internet, TV, radio, and newspaper personalities get together to show off their soccer skills in a ten minute exhibition match. Bragging rights are on the line for this fan favorite event.
