Unfortunately it's caused a lot of delays for people trying to get into town a
World Championships 2010 Day 5
Fog and rain are not as bad as yesterday. Sight is probably 200 metres today. But still it is raining you canrsquot see the top of Tegelberg. So one more day without a task.Yesterday we walked up to the Drehhtte in a big group which is about 300 metres below the top of Tegelberg. There were about 20 pilots that did the 1.5 hour walk. Benno had organised a bus for all those who are not fit e
hjemlengsel
Cambodias city and the temples of Angkor
Hello again a bit of a delay on the latest installment due to too much fun being had in the south of Thailand.Picking up on our ventures to Vietnam we decided to take the fast boat up the Mekong to the capital of Cambodia Phnom Penh. After a dodgy waterside border crossing and a few backhanders we were on our way and travelling inland to the searing heat and arid landscape. We made it to the ca
Day 466468 Ambury RP to Shakespear RP New Zealand
Friday May 7thWe left Ambury Farm RP and drove into the city where Talita had a meeting set up for 11am. We'd driven past the location before purely by accident so we kinda knew where it was. Today because we approached from the opposite direction we completely missed it. We eventually found the place and Talita's meeting went well.Cautiously uplifted we drove on to Browns Bay where we found

A quick trip to NM but a journey through time
Roughly a 4 hour drive east of our house is the Gila National Forest Gila Wilderness and within the Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument. Once we were off the main highway and onto the Scenic Byway that leads to through the park we were engulfed by trees galore The byway itself was pretty exciting. There were portions of it that seemed barely wide enough for two passing cars. Luckily

That's about as Chinese as fortune cookies. You remember the fire drills of your youth one minute you're scribbling answers on your worksheet writing a note to your friend or if in university you're most likely asleep and it's rush week so the a

Cooktown
The campsite at Cooktown is nice with ready made shades which come in handy as it starts to chuck it down later that evening and we sit under the shade and keep dry. We arrive here on a Sunday and the place is dead it is a very small town and has beautiful old buildings and you can see it really hasn't changed much since the 1880's when it was a gold mining town. It is only recently that there ha
