HeTexted Created by Lisa Winning and Carrie Henderson McDermott, HeTexted is a site where you can upload screengrabs of text messages you've been sent. Having done this, other "unbiased" visitors to the site can vote on whether "he's into you" or "he's not into you". If you don't trust their responses, you can "ask a bro", including the "Dude Whisperer" Mason or "kind-of-a-douchebag" Ben; brutally honest Tim, nice guy Chris and "hit-me-up-ladies" Brian.

The site reads like a particularly depressing Carrie Bradshaw column. If you are a typical parent, I bet youre continually chiding the children for chewing up your home internet bandwidth allowance by spending too much time watching videos on YouTube.

I do this too with my six kids. However, dont be prejudiced. YouTube is not only videos of babies laughing, kids pranking or the latest pop music hit.

It can be remarkably useful for almost every manager I can think of. Sales, human resources, IT, customer service, marketing, finance.

Id like to devote this column to explaining why I think YouTube has such universal business appeal for those in management by detailing the freasy (free + easy) features you didnt know existed at your fingertips.

Everyone knows that the whole point of using YouTube is to share your video with the world. However, what you might not know is that you do not have to go public. There are two other options.

The first is for the video to be private. Only people you select can view it, up to a maximum of 50. The second is unlisted, where anyone with the link can view it.

A Video Search Engine for the Arab Market! No Need for YouTube Anymore!

Reddit's creeps are losing their Internet war, with the site banning the subreddit r/CreepSquad, which was already a replacement for the recently blocked r/CreepShots, both places for men to upload photos of unsuspecting women. Site admin David Croach has also banned user the moderator of those subreddits, POTATO_IN_MY_ANUS for being too creepy, as Croach explains ina thread on Subbreddit Drama:

There are actually a lot of rules that we (the admins) recently found out when we investigated his (PIMAs) account that he had broken. The most recent one was creating a subreddit that disregarded the rules of reddit regarding sexualizing teens/minors, and not being active in moderating posts that broke that rule. Hes had multiple offenses in that category.

This all happened after Reddit retaliated against Jezebel's Katie J.M. Baker, posting a photo of her to CreepSquad that made it to the front page of the subreddit. Baker had written a post aboutPredditors,a Tumblr, which is now password protected, that sought to expose the identities people posting pictures of often scantily clad women without their consent. Redditors say that site led to the assault of one of its members (they also like the idea of keeping their anonymity), hence the backlash.

Two evenings ago, this war escalated when a group of Reddit moderators banned Gawker media because Adrian Chen maybe threatened to expose revered user Violentacrez, who also happened to start the subreddit r/jailbait. These two things are certainly related, as this is about keeping certain content on Reddit without having real people's identities linked to the users posting this content. It's no surprise then, that the anti-Gawker media push was also led in part by POTATO_IN_MY_ANUS, who wrote a tribute to his fallen comrade, where he also mentions the CreepShots drama. Following both events, his advice for Redditors is one and the same: "PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN POSTING PERSONAL DETAILS ABOUT YOURSELF ON REDDIT."

Though Gawker is now banned from 68 subreddits, per the r/BanGawker subreddit, we'd say the creeps are losing this war. Baker didn't seem to mind having her picture up for all Redditors to see. "Flattered that moderators of r/Creepsquad respect me enough to put a photo of me on the main page of their subreddit!" she tweeted. So far, in fact, both Chen and Baker got what they wanted. Violentzcrez is no more, and CreepSquad was taken down after one day on the Internet. It doesn't sound like Gawker writers are losing sleep over their lost page views, for which they still get bonuses, either, with Jezebel's Eric Gloria Ryan tweeting the following:

@max_read Staffers here are really worried about what losing the 100 or so clicks per week we get from Reddit will do to our bottom line.

This has also shown the mainstream world the dirtier side of Reddit, with the story making its way to places like The Guardian,Politico, and Slate. In fact, this attention may have had something to do with the banning of CreepShots and CreepSquad, while other unsavory threads, like r/picsofdeadkids remains. These underbellies exist just fine until the world discovers them, and then with enough pressure, they don't. The jailbait section, for example, didn't get taken down until Anderson Cooper brought the site to the world's attention on CNN. Only then, did Reddit "reluctantlyban child porn," to use the words of Chen.

In an ideal world wed all be using professional web video producers to create film for our websites, blogs or YouTube channels. Thats not an option for many of us (simply because of budget), but we do have mobile phones and digital cameras at our disposal. Its easy to pull out a camera or smartphone, make a video and upload it, but here are a few tips for filming web video that will save you time and improve your videos.

The first thing toremember is your video is likely to be viewed at a small scale. Most videos are not filmed at a high enough resolution to make them watchable full screen and many of us view films on our mobile devices on small screens anyway. With this in mind,try to think larger than life when you plan your video. Dont include tiny details that are going to be difficult to see. The best videos are those that are simple, straightforward and get their message across without faddy gimmicks. If you need to write or draw, do it on a large white board rather than a small piece of paper, so that it will be decipherable even when viewed on a phone screen.

Ever watched a video and seen it pixellate? Of course you have. The more complex your video, the more bandwidth the viewers device needs to have available to stream it properly. So if you wear that highly patterned shirt you love and stand in front of a stripy background theres an awful lot of detail to be transmitted, even before you start talking. Keep it simple stand in front of a white background if at all possible, and wear plain, preferably dark colours.

For the same reason,keep movement to a minimum in your video. Movement creates more engagement, but be careful how much you put into the video. Movement requires extra bandwidth and if youre pacing around, viewers with slower internet connections are likely to experience issues with bandwidth and pixellation. Keep the camera as still as you can use a tripod!If you need to move around then make your movements fluid and smooth. Jerky movements will look even more jerky on a slow connection!

It is possible to mount your camera on a tripod and film yourself,try and find someone to help you. Many hours have been lost because someone moved outside the frame, or had the top of their head cut off, or the lighting was wrong, and they didnt notice till after theyd completed the filming! Having someone else there to monitor the screen and give you feedback is a very wise decision!

Finally, you also need togive some thought to the lightingin the area where youre filming. Spotlights can cause huge issues as the camera will struggle to set the contrast properly, and youll end up with very bright areas, very dark areas and streaks of light. Film your video outdoors or in a well-lit room natural light is best but if you do need artificial light, try to evenly light a large area.

The website is designed to create a global community of practice around sustainable development and to encourage people to collaborate on existing or new projects. The first projects loaded have been created by participants in the Centres graduate programmes in Sustainable Practice.

The Centres Director, Steve Henry, says the work of the graduate programme participants is relevant and useful, and should be available to others.

"The projects are real rather than theoretical, so theyre useful for others and can be built upon," he explains. "We are looking to develop this site so anyone in the world can log in and upload a project or contribute to the ones already listed."

"Theres a real need for transformative change across all aspects of our society and people are responding to that need," says Mr Henry. Most single women can identify with overanyalzing a date's cryptic text message.

Now,HeTexted aims to take all the angst out of communication confusion by doing the deciphering for you.

The new website lets users upload screen shots of their love interest's texts, and after careful examination by people visiting the site, they can vote whether 'he's just not that into you,' while also leaving helpful comments on your date's state of mind.

Lisa Winning, 29, and Carrie Henderson-McDermott, 25, who previously worked at Glamour magazine, relaunched HeTexted on Sunday with a new design and already users are browsing the site for over an hour, the founders say.

'Basically...my girlfriends were constantly talking about it - theyd come back from dates and be almost obsessive about analyzing what the text messages meant and what their next move should be,' Miss Winning told the Huffington Post.

'I graduated college three years ago and I have really smart, strong girlfriends,' added Miss Henderson-McDermott.

TourWrist makes it easy to share, and even easier for your friends to view your iOS 6 panoramic photos.

Sharing a panorama taken with iOS 6 on your iPhone is easy, but takes some work on the recipients end to view. The photo isn't all that tall, it's wide and only provides a general overview of the entire photo unless you pinch and zoom. Then you'll need to swipe back-and-forth until you can view the entire photo. It works, but it's not fun.

The next time you have a great-looking panorama you'd like to show off, use TourWrist, a free iOS app (download link) available in the App Store. Once you sign up and begin using the app, you'll be able to upload your panorama photos, no matter the source, to share with friends and family members. The coolest part about viewing panoramas uploaded to TourWrist is the fact it uses the gyroscope of the iPhone or iPad, allowing you to move your device to pan around the photo.

Uploading a panorama photo to TourWrist takes a few seconds. Just give it a name and category and upload it. The photo will go through processing and then be posted to your account. Once it's available (you can find your panoramas under Explore > My Panos), you can view and share it.

When you tap on a panorama in the TourWrist app you'll be prompted to rotate your phone to landscape orientation and hold it up at eye level. When you do, assuming you're facing the same direction the photo was taken, you'll see part of the panorama. Continue moving your phone, up or down and left to right, until you see the entire photo. If at first you don't see anything, just keep moving until the photo comes into view. You may have to spin around in a circle. No, really. Remember, TourWrist was designed to work with any panorama app, so it provides for a 360-degree view, which iOS 6 doesn't currently do.

You'll also have quick access to sharing the photo while you're viewing it. You can share directly to Facebook or Twitter from the app. Don't worry, viewers of your panoramas don't need to have TourWrist installed to view the photo. Your TourWrist uploads can be viewed in a Web browser without issue. The gyroscope view even works in mobile Safari. Of course, if you'd rather not have to spin around in circles looking at your phone, you can enable touch control by tapping on the "Touch" button.

One feature TourWrist is missing is the capability to mark photos as private. Currently, anything you upload can be viewed by anyone else using TourWrist. I messed around with settings both on the Web site and in the app to no avail. With that in mind, make sure you're only uploading photos you're content with being public.
