Foundation Medicine will use its state-of-the-art genomic sequencing and analytic capabilities on patient tumor samples to detect and analyze molecular alterations in hundreds of cancer-related genes to potentially identify biological markers that may be driving the onset, growth, and spread of an individuals cancer. N-of-One will apply its PrecisionWorks knowledge integration platform for personalized medicine to assist in the transformation of cancer-relevant genomic alteration data identified by Foundation Medicine into clinically relevant information by linking each molecular variation with up-to-date information about relevant targeted therapies and clinical trials that may be effective against the individuals tumor.
