I was on the track at a local middle school when I noticed lights moving in the night sky. I have enough knowledge about aviation and astronomy to know that these objects could not be an airplane or a star. I have seen the ISS fly over and these look nothing like it. If they were planes there would be red and green navigational lights visible as per FAA regulations. My current explanation is that these might be remote controlled aircraft being flown from a local park nearby. However in the second clip there is no way an RC plane can move that fast and still be able to hover. Apologies for the shaky camerawork, I do not have a very steady hand.
