Waste Plumbing Not Vertical
The 3" plastic waste plumbing installed in my concrete floor is not vertical. It is about 10° off. This causes a problem when trying to install the toilets. Any suggestions as to how to straighten it up. There is about 3" clearance between the the plastic pipe and the concrete.

How does a tester work? I have done checking phase and myself as ground but Ii never understand why I'm not getting shocked.The circuit is closed now, is it the resistance in series or vacuum in bulb or a positive charge is developed from ground? Please help I'm a graduate EE.

Today we did substation maintenance. We checked insulation level of 15MVA TFR, ACB etc. (200M ohms,5 M ohms). Can you tell me what is 1000V meggar doing while checking. Is there a current flowing through insulation or ground to ground?
