DP Transmitter

I am doing loop checking of dp transmitter. Where calibarted range is :0 to 100 mbar

and flow is minimum:3.1 metercube/hr max : 3.8 metercube/hr

but when i am neumarically calculating, something is going wrong

Flow= k(meter constant)x√ ΔP , our meter constant is 1, process
