We left Mitchell SD and drove east to I29. Then it was south through Iowa with lots of corn and soybeans. They've had a lot of rain and many of the crops are washed out. What a shame. I did see a deer in a bean field but it looked rather bored too. We're in Missouri at St. Joseph and will pass through Kansas City before turning east toward St. Louis tomorrow. We may stop at the arch
