Libertarian Rocker Ted Nugent on why Europe is turning away from Multiculturalism
"Islam is... totalitarianism and enslavement"
From the Washington Times, "Multicultural Rot" March 5:
Instead of encouraging Muslims to assimilate and embrace European culture, tradition, norms and values, European leaders buried their heads in the sand and ignored the problem.
The bold, unfiltered truth is that some Muslims are not in the least bit interested in assimilating and embracing Western traditions, values and democracy. Their goal is taking over and transplanting Islam as the mandatory religion and government. Those Muslims do not believe in universal, basic human rights, such as women’s rights, freedom of speech, the right of others to practice their faith and the rule of law.
The definition of Islam is subjugation. For Muslim extremists and radicals, Islam is about totalitarianism and enslavement, not freedom.
Muslims rioting across France – Paris and Marseilles targeted
Une attaque islamique sur toute la France
From Eric Dondero:
Nightly riots by mostly Algerian Muslims in Paris now have spread from the Islamic enclaves surrounding the city, to downtown.
And in Marseilles Algerians used the occasion of a soccer match last weekend to riot city-wide.
French President Nicolas Sarkozy has recently stated that French Muslims need to assimilate: they must "accept to melt into a single community, which is the national community."
Instead, they have reacted to his appeals with vitriol and increased violence from the North of France to the Cote d'Azur.
From La Provence (translation):
Twenty-six assaults per day in Marseilles. Is there any need to comment on the figures when the figures speak for themselves? When the Superior Court reopened after the New Year, district attorney Jacques Dallest used the occasion to explain the figures in more detail. And this year, they are more painful than before. They paint the portrait of a city that is suffering from crime: a 19% increase in armed robberies over 2009. With, as the attorney said, "assaults" executed "only for lucre" rising at a frightening rate. Three hundred crimes, major and minor, take place each day within the precinct (Marseilles-Aubagne-La Ciotat) of the Superior Court. "Marseilles is a minefield of criminal infractions," attorney Dallest declared in summary.
And then there's this news from another French blog Bivouc (translation):
Marseille - Streets are occupied by Muslims illegaly. The same scandalous scenes are repeated every Friday. The government lets them. The Media are silent... the scenes occur every Friday. We see Muslims praying in two streets (street Weight-of-the-Flour, Récollets Street), just 80 meters from the Canebière.
As is the case in Paris, the followers of the religion of peace now feel sufficiently numerous and powerful to engage in power relations and try to intimidate the institutions of the Republic.
There are roughly 7 million Muslims living in France, about 5 to 10% of the population. They are mostly immigrants from Algeria, and Morrocco, with large percentages from Turkey and Tunisia.
Photo is of a Muslim attack on a French citizen in central Paris, near the Eiffel Tower.
State Dept. official can’t bring himself to say Islamic Terrorism
Classic! Absolutely Must See!!
From Eric Dondero:
An Obama administration State Department official hems and haws, when asked by a reporter a direct question about the shooting in Germany an act of Terror.
The gunman was screaming "Allahu-Ahkbar" as he shot five US Airmen on a bus parked in front of the Frankfurt International Airport in Germany.
Muslim Gunman in Germany was an AntiWar fanatic
Opposed War in Afghanistan, Hated Jews
From Eric Dondero:
New information coming out about Kosovar Muslim Terrorist Arid Uka who killed 2 US Air Force Airmen and seriously injured 3 others on a bus outside of the Frankfurt International Airport yesterday.
A spokesman for the German Government blamed Uka's opposition to the War in Afghanistan for the attack.
From Stars & Stripes "Prosecutor: Gunman targeted airmen because of Afghanistan" March 3:
Prosecutor Rainer Griesbaum told reporters Friday that suspect Arid Uka has confessed that he went to the Frankfurt airport Wednesday specifically to kill Americans “as revenge for the American mission in Afghanistan.”
The two dead Airmen are identified as Senior Airman Nicholas Alden, 25, of Williamston, S.C., and Airman 1st Class Zachary Cuddeback, 21, of Stanardsville, Va.
Amazingly, Uka pointed the gun point blank at the head of a 3rd Airman on the bus, and repeatedly pulled the trigger. But the gun jammed.
Uka is talking to police and according to Daily Mirror out of the UK he ranted about his hatred for Jews, and remarked "I did it for Allah."
Predictable: Janet Napolitano claims credit for capturing Aldawsari
It's the Government, not the private chemical company in North Carolina that reported the Texas Tech Terrorist to the FBI, who can claim the most credit for capturing Saudi Terrorist Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari. She asserts, ICE and Financial Privacy regulations enacted by the Obama administration deserve the credit.
From CNN, "DHS says it had suspicions about terror suspect before companies' tip":
In testimony before the House Homeland Security Committee, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said Thursday that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials received a "suspicious activity report" concerning the student's banking activity before tips from a chemical company and shipping company came in.
ICE "notified the FBI," Napolitano said. "The FBI and ICE then pursued an investigation and of course that led ultimately to the arrest of the individual involved," Napolitano said.
This is a "good news story," Napolitano said, noting the department's efforts to routinely monitor the suspicious financial activities of foreign students.
Rep. Peter King, Chair of the House Homeland Security Committee pressed Napolitano, on the role of the private companies. She responded:
"We give credit there. We give credit to ICE."
