Who really started the island business?

rene-bohm-farhad-vladi A facinating article in the new Spring/Summer issue of Private Islands Magazine reveals  how the business of selling private islands actually began. The article is particularly interesting because most island enthusiasts probably think that Farhad Vladi started the business. It turns out that Farhad Vladi gave up on trying to sell islands back in the 70s and it was his then partner Rene Bohm that persisted and ended up finding the first buyer, which sparked the creation of the island business.

Our BB host Bob was so excited and we took a bunch of pictures of the birds which Steve later printed to give to Bob. The only downside of that decision was that we didnrsquot g

We traveled a bit away from the Mirador del Pacifico the hotel we were staying at that night to a place in Parrita about 30 min. away. Chinese National School of Administration

I wish I had the ability to read to Chinese. That has to be my next goal in life. If I could read Chinese I could tell you a lot more about the Chinese National School of Administration.
