Reports To Human Resources Generalist

Primary Focus: This is an exciting new opportunity to come into a dynamic organization and learn a lot about the oilfield services industry and Human Resources. This is definitely a role for someone who is interested in learning, growth and personal development. We are looking for someone who is customer-service oriented, always willing to lend a helping hand, and support the various functional teams in the Corporate office.

The primary focus of this role is to provide administrative and functional support to the Human Resources department. Specific Accountabilities: Creating and maintaining physical and electronic personnel files. Administering the flow of personnel reports (changes in employment) between managers, payroll and Human Resources. Creating and coordinating delivery of offer letters/pay packages to new hires, tracking the information. Compiling data for the monthly dashboard, producing any monthly consolidated and variance reports. Maintain Organizational Charts for all regions globally. Coordination with IT/Office serves for setting up new hires in the office. Booking of training, travel, and accommodation for employee training requirements. Booking of employee medicals and vaccinations for international travel. Providing support to the Human Resources Generalists in the compiling of documentation required for visas and immigration paperwork, where required. Resume screening and reference checking as required. Responding and directing external phone queries to the appropriate Human Resources personnel Assisting Payroll Coordinator with entering information (remuneration data and benefit data) into HRIS / payroll system. Office management duties for the Human Resources department including procuring office supplies for Human Resources staff. Maintenance of Applicant Tracking System and external recruiting sources. Filing, faxing, laminating and scanning of materials. Word Processing as required.

Required Training and Certification: A minimum Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline is required. Highly proficient with full suite of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Office etc.).

Qualifications: 1 to 3 years' experience in the field of Human Resources. Proactive. Proficiency in professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Innovative problem solver. Organizational skills leading to productivity. Team player. Able to balance conflicting priorities. Comfortable working in a diverse environment. Well-developed analytical, problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task

Working Conditions: Monday to Friday, office environment, 8-5, flexible hours available, occasional overtime may be required.
