Long-lost human remains have regularly turned up at construction sites like this one, in the 3000 block of Q Street NW. (Sarah L. Excavators have inadvertently exhumed long-forgotten burial sites, particularly in Georgetown, Candace Wheeler reports in the Post. The bodies are of unknown identity and age, but city archaeologists yes, those exist are working to catalog the burial sites.
