And, based upon the lawyers motion before the court, the fact that his client has been placed in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day for his own safety (as being a former police officer and sheriff), can also take a serious toll on a persons well-being. Put aside the fact that his client had choices, and his bad choices placed him where he currently resides.
