Cell to Singularity Evolution Never Ends – Digit

Posted: March 20, 2021 at 3:22 am

Developed and published entirely by a single studio - Computer Lunch, Cell to Singularity is quite a unique game. This is quite an astoundingly ingenious way of blending genres and in fact, it is actually a good mix of gaming with education! The game contains textbook definitions from chemistry and biology and portrays how our cosmos began, and how life was developed.

This is how you make a game thats not only engaging but doesnt drive the player away because of the way the game is monetised. In fact, this particular balancing effect makes this game ridiculously addictive. Cell to Singularity - Evolution Never Ends is basically a clicker game in which you have to chart a rather accurate path of evolution of the human race right from the primordial soup, all the way to terraforming Mars. The visual presentation makes the game an interactive, animated and educational tutorial through the passage of time. The visuals make you feel like you are in-charge of the evolution process - interactive in the sense that the player plays the game and pushes the evolution forward through known paths to get to where we are now. There are research upgrades along the way which make your resource collection easier and the concept of resets allows you to get additional accelerators to speed up your progress even further. While you can buy your way through the game, theres also the option of watching ads to accelerate progress. This way, you can complete the entire game in under a week with ease. The developers make no attempts to hide the addictive nature of the game, its plastered all over the play store. Thankfully, the developers didnt make the grind excruciating as most clicker games tend to last way longer by means of the grind.

While its only recently been introduced to the Play Store, the game has been around on Steam for over a year and the developers seem to regularly add new content. Its basic 3D models, low rendering, no lighting and basic textures make this game one of the lowest-demanding games in terms of hardware. Even though the game offers premium currencies for standard prices, the in-game currency you earn should be enough to provide for everything you might need. Overall, this is how a games monetisation system ought to be designed, and we would recommend you give it a shot.

My Hero Academia: Will Izuku Become The Singularity? – ComicBook.com

Posted: at 3:22 am

Will Izuku Midoriya become My Hero Academia's dreaded Quirk Singularity? The question just became a big focus for fans; My Hero Academia's latest manga arc has been all about Izuku communing with One For All and its previous users, setting the stage for the young hero to finally unlock the power's full potential. However, we went a step further with an additional theory: Deku will use OFA's full power to pull the big twist of ultimately absorbing the power of All For One into himself. The question at that point is will Izuku become the Singularity? And what could he do with that power?

WARNING: My Hero Academia Manga SPOILERS Follow!

If you don't remember, the "Quirk Singularity" was a theory from All For One's mad scientist disciple, Dr. Garaki, first proposed seventy years before the events of My Hero Academia. Garaki theorized that each generation of quirk users would blend powers and breed a new generation of more powerful quirk powers and that eventually, that evolutionary increase in power would outpace the human body's ability to control it, resulting in a doomsday scenario when one insanely powerful quirk (or many) wiped society out.

We've already broken down why Izuku ultimately trying to absorb AFO is perfectly fitting with the foreshadows of the story and Deku's character arc. However, though Izuku would do that in the spirit of noble sacrifice, it could end up being a bigger burden than he's able to bear - and a bigger threat to the world than the villains were!

It wouldn't be shocking (at this point) if My Hero Academia's big final threat was Izuku struggling to hold both OFA and AFO in balance, without destroying the world in the process. It's also a suitable way to set up a final battle between All For One and his little brother (One For All's original user) to have their own final battle in the strange realm where the living consciousnesses of both powers exist. It would pretty much be the culmination of all the core storylines around the main character (Izuku Midoriya) and antagonist (Tomura Shigarak); Deku finally bringing the powers into balance would also explain why he's able to narrate My Hero Academia as the No. 1 hero. He would literally be god-level if he survives the singularity.

My Hero Academia releases new manga chapters FREE ONLINE weekly. Season 5 of the anime will premiere this year.

The Ghost of Ancient Earth’s Magma Oceans Found in Greenland Rocks – Singularity Hub

Posted: at 3:22 am

Our planets history is written in its rocks. You can traverse eons by brushing your fingers over the layers of a cliff wall. But beyond a certain point, the record goes blank. Though the Earth is roughly 4.5 billion years old, the oldest-known rocks date back to only around 4 billion years ago. The relentless motions of Earths tectonic plates have recycled its surface.

Still, chemical clues can take us further back in time to when young Earth was a lava planet. Scientists believe a series of mammoth impactsthe last of which formed the moonliquified the surface and formed planet-wide magma oceans hundreds of miles deep. The rocks from this fiery era are long gone, but their ghost lives on.

In a new study, published in Science Advances, University of Cambridge scientists say theyve found evidence of ancient Earths magma oceans in 3.7-billion-year-old rocks in Greenland.

As the magma oceans gradually cooled and crystallized into rock, the planet we knowits internal structure, surface, and atmospherebegan to take form. Understanding this phase can help explain how Earth evolved from a hell-planet to the cradle of life.

But its no easy task.

There are few opportunities to get geological constraints on the events in the first billion years of Earths history. Its astonishing that we can even hold these rocks in our handslet alone get so much detail about the early history of our planet, said lead author Dr. Helen Williams, from Cambridges Department of Earth Sciences.

As the Earth cooled and crystalized, scientists believe dense chunks of newly solidified crystals sank deep into the Earths lower mantle, near the core of the planet. Its thought they may even exist today in ancient crystal graveyards forever beyond our reach.

But what if remnants, through the ages, rose up through the mantle and re-emerged on the surface by way of volcanic eruptions? The trip through the mantle would no doubt thoroughly transform them, but in theory, chemical traces of their origins would remain.

It was this theory the Cambridge team went looking to prove.

The driving question that motivated me was, if we think the magma ocean stage was important to the Earths history, why is there no geological evidence for it? Williams told Gizmodo. What if we actually tried to directly hunt for it?

The rocks hail from Greenlands Isua supercrustal belt. The basalt therea kind of volcanic rockis famous for being the oldest on Earth, yielding up evidence for the earliest life on our planet, early plate tectonics, and now, it appears, an even more ancient era.

It was a combination of some new chemical analyses we did and the previously published data that flagged to us that the Isua rocks might contain traces of ancient material, said co-author Dr. Hanika Rizo of Carleton University.

Using forensic chemical analysis and thermodynamic modeling, the team traced the Greenland rocks origins and their path to the surface.

When rock heats up in the planets interior it begins to rise through the mantle, eventually emerging in volcanic events. Isotopes in the rock can act as a record of its journey, a bit like stamps in a passport. In this case, the scientists found the stamp of unique iron isotopes likely formed in an extremely high-pressure homeland some 430 miles below the surfacea region scientists also expect houses those magma ocean crystal graveyards.

Those samples with the iron fingerprint also have a tungsten anomalya signature of Earths formationwhich makes us think that their origin can be traced back to these primeval crystals, Williams said.

Further study of their chemistry revealed a tortuous journey that included several phases of cooling, crystalizing, heating, and remelting.

Yet, despite their transformation by events in the interior, Williams wrote in aConversationarticle on the study that the rocks that emerged, located in present-day Greenland, still retain chemical signatures that connect them to Earths magma-covered past.

While discovering a new geosignature of Earths ancient past is an exciting step, theres plenty more work to do. How long did magma oceans last on the planet, for example, and how much of the planet did they cover? Now that we know what to look for, Williams says we might search other volcanic hotspots in Hawaii or Iceland.

Its a painstaking investigation, but bit by bit, the Earths early history is being laid bare. Its long-held secrets may help us explain how the planet we know today, one so well suited for living things, formed out of the cauldron of the early solar system.

The more we know about our own planets history, the more well understand how it and other planets form and, by extension, how life began hereand, perhaps, elsewhere too.

JOURNEY THROUGH THE COSMOS WITH TV HOST MIKE ROWE IN AN ALL NEW SEASON OF "HOW THE UNIVERSE WORKS" ON SCIENCE CHANNEL AND DISCOVERY+

The New Season Kicks Off March 24 on Science Channel and discovery+with Mike Rowe as Narrator

Since the beginning of human civilization, we've looked to the sky in complete awe, wondering what the stars are made of, where they came from and why they're so distant. Some of the greatest minds in our history have spent lifetimes trying to figure out how our Universe works, how it was created, and how it will end. In an all new season of HOW THE UNIVERSE WORKS, narrated by MIKE ROWE, Science Channel journeys through the cosmos in search of these answers and more. Combining interviews with leading scientists from the world's foremost organizations, including NASA and CERN, with cutting edge CGI and visual effects, HOW THE UNIVERSE WORKS unravels the greatest mysteries of the Universe and beyond.

An all new season of HOW THE UNIVERSE WORKS premieres Wednesday, March 24 at 9pm ET/PT on Science Channel and also streams on discovery+. In addition to watching the series on Science Channel, viewers can also stream new episodes of HOW THE UNIVERSE WORKS on discovery+. Join the conversation on social media by using the hashtag #HowTheUniverseWorks, and follow Science Channel on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for the latest updates. You can also follow discovery+ on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

Kicking off the all new season, HOW THE UNIVERSE WORKS dives deep into Black Holes journeying to the Super Massive Black Hole at the heart of the M87 galaxy. This Black Hole, known as M87*, is the only Black Hole to ever be photographed. The captured image revealed that M87* is over six billion times more massive than the sun and a total of 23.6 billion miles across. In the special premiere episode, experts take a deeper look at this famed Black Hole and along the way witness blazing hot winds, death-ray jets and a place near the Event Horizon where time seemingly stands still. We finally enter the Black Hole and travel towards the Singularity, a place where the laws of physics fail.

Also this season, scientists explore how galaxies fight and why our Universe is such a violent, dangerous place. Many galaxies tear each other apart using gravity - the bigger the galaxy, the more heavily armed it is, allowing it to smash and swallow up smaller galaxies nearby. Experts look to our own galaxy, the Milky Way, and what battles it has endured in the past and what kind of trouble is brewing on the horizon. The Sun also takes center stage this season, as experts from NASA seek to understand our home star better and its dangerous, unpredictable solar eruptions by assembling a fleet of spacecraft to study the Sun. Diving through the gases of the Sun's atmosphere, and tracking the Sun's influence at the edge of our solar system, scientists may be able to unlock the secrets of the engine that drives our entire Solar System.

HOW THE UNIVERSE WORKS is produced for Science Channel and discovery+ by Pioneer Productions. Stephen Marsh is the executive producer for Pioneer Productions. For Science Channel, Wyatt Channell is executive producer and Robyn Salzman is associate producer.

a new theory uses the dark stars to conceive a universe without singularities EXPLICA.CO ALL NEWS IN WORL – Explica

Posted: at 3:22 am

There are other branches of contemporary physics that read like hard science fiction novels. In few branches of science we can find such a lot of extravagant ideas per square meter. And yes, most of the time they are crazy theories, gregueras armed with equations that, when push comes to shove, crash with what we call experimental evidence.

But thats part of its charm.

This week, for example, I came across a preprint very curious who holds that black holes could be superdense stars, but in which there is no event horizon. At least some of them. The model is interesting because, incidentally, it leads to a hypothesis about the composition of dark matter.

In essence, this work attempts to solve one of the essential problems of black holes: singularities. After all, singularity is nothing more than a region of space-time housed in its interior in which we cannot define the value of physical magnitudes like curvature or other geometric concepts. That is not only difficult to imagine, but complex to explain.

How could matter collapse to that point? Detractors of the existence of such targets wondered for years. Finally, Einstein and the consequences of his theories took the cat to the water; however, there are still physicists trying to create models of black holes that do not carry the idea of singularity. This is a good example.

Igor Nikitins dark stars look like black holes from the outside, but inside they are not; they contain an extremely (but not infinitely) dense core of matter compressed to the smallest possible scaleThat is, it has a nucleus the size of the Planck length, the smallest measurement that makes sense within current physics. That eliminates the need for singularity, yes, although it is not very clear where it would take us.

I made this post in response to a Mormon claim that early Christians believed in Theosis like Mormons do, so therefore the claim was made that Mormonism is TRUE and RESTORED Christianity.

Mormon Exaltation, Theosis, Apotheosis and INTENTIONAL MORMON DECIET: by Damon Whitsell

I took from the post the Orthodoxwiki article portions that show Mormons DO NOT believe in Theosis,,,,,,,, rather Henotheism. and LUCIFERIAN APOTHEOSIS. The article below show that Apotheosis (Become God) is an age old Luciferian Doctrine and LIE.

=================================================

http://orthodoxwiki.org/Theosis

Theosis

(deification, divinization) is the process of a worshiper becoming free of hamrta (missing the mark), being united with God, beginning in this life and later consummated in bodily resurrection. For Orthodox Christians, Thsis (see 2 Pet. 1:4) is salvation.

Thsis assumes that humans from the beginning are made to share in the Life or Nature of the all-holy Trinity. Therefore, an infant or an adult worshiper is saved from the state of unholiness (hamarta which is not to be confused with hamrtma sin) for participation in the Life (z, not simply bos) of the Trinity which is everlasting.

This is not to be confused with the heretical (apotheosis) (1) Deification in Gods Essence, which is imparticipable. (1) Apotheosis (from Greek to deify), deification or divinization is the glorification of an individual to a divine level.

==========================================================

Deification in MORMONISM

The doctrine of theosis or deification in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints differs significantly from the theosis of Orthodox Christianity. In Mormonism it is usually referred to as exaltation or eternal life. While the primary focus of Mormonism is on the atonement of Jesus Christ, the reason for the atonement is exaltation which goes beyond mere salvation. All men will be saved from sin and death, but only those who are sufficiently obedient and accept the atonement of Jesus Christ before the judgment will be exalted. One popular Mormon quote, coined by the early Mormon disciple Lorenzo Snow in 1837, is As man now is, God once was; As God now is, man may be.[2] The teaching was taught first by Joseph Smith while pointing to John 5:19 of the New Testament, God himself, the Father of us all, dwelt on an earth, the same as Jesus Christ himself did. (Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, pp. 345-46).

Some Mormons also suggest that discussions of theosis by early Church Fathers show an early belief in the Mormon concept of deification, although they disagree with much of the other theology of the same Church fathers, most notably the doctrine of the Trinity.

The Mormons belief differs with the Orthodox belief in deification because the Latter-Day Saints believe that the core being of each individual, the intelligence which existed before becoming a spirit son or daughter, is uncreated or eternal. Orthodox deification always acknowledges a timeless Creator versus a finite creature who has been glorified by the grace of God. The Mormons are clear promoters of henotheism (2), and the Church Fathers have absolutely no commonality with their view.Theosis in eastern orthodox and the early church fathers view was, salvation from unholiness by participation in the life of God. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theosis

(2) Henotheism (Greek heis theos one god) is a term coined by Max Mller, to mean devotion to a single god while accepting the existence or possible existence of other deities.[1]

=========================================================

As we see from this ORTHODOXwiki reference, Mormon exaltation is not Christian Theosis but rather Apotheosis and Henotheism. Christian Theosis has to do with becoming more God like, NOT becoming God.

Theosis in the Eastern Orthodox and the protestant sense means to be sanctified, set apart and becoming holy. The protestant form of Theosis is expressed by saying that as Christians, we are saved by grace through faith, FROM BOTH the penalty of sin, and the power of sin. We simply do not have to be a slave to sin any longer and through adoption as sons, we may partake in the nature of God if we walk in the Spirit. This does not mean however that we become like God ontologically or in position. In contrast, when Jesus says he and His Father are ONE, he is saying he and the father are ONE BEING.

Luciferianism is the product of religious engineering, which sociologist William Sims Bainbridge defines as the conscious, systematic, skilled creation of a new religion (New Religions, Science, and Secularization, no pagination). In actuality, this is a tradition that even precedes Bainbridge. It has been the practice of Freemasonry for years. It was also the practice of Masonrys religious and philosophical progenitors, the ancient pagan Mystery cults. The inner doctrines of the Mesopotamian secret societies provided the theological foundations for the Christian and Judaic heresies, Kabbalism and Gnosticism. All modern Luciferian philosophy finds scientific legitimacy in the Gnostic myth of Darwinism. As evolutionary thought was popularized, variants of Luciferianism were popularized along with it (particularly in the form of secular humanism, which shall be examined shortly). A historical corollary of this popularization has been the rise of several cults and mass movements, exemplified by the various mystical sects and gurus of the sixties counterculture. The metastasis of Luciferian thinking continues to this very day.Luciferianism represents a radical revaluation of humanitys ageless adversary: Satan. It is the ultimate inversion of good and evil. The formula for this inversion is reflected by the narrative paradigm of the Gnostic Hypostasis myth. As opposed to the original Biblical version, the Gnostic account represents a revaluation of the Hebraic story of the first mans temptation, the desire of mere men to be as gods by partaking of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (Raschke 26). Carl Raschke elaborates:

Luciferianism constitutes the nucleus of the ruling class religion. While there are definitely political and economic rationales for elite criminality, Luciferianism can account for the longevity of many of the oligarchs projects. Many of the longest and most brutal human endeavors have been underpinned by some form of religious zealotry. The Crusades testify to this historical fact. Likewise, the power elites ongoing campaign to establish a socialist totalitarian global government has Luciferianism to thank for both its longevity and frequently violent character. In the mind of the modern oligarch, Luciferianism provides religious legitimacy for otherwise morally questionable plans.

In The Hypostasis of the Archons, an Egyptian Gnostic document, we read how the traditional story of mans disobedience toward God is reinterpreted as a universal conflict between knowledge (gnosis) and the dark powers (exousia) of the world, which bind the human soul in ignorance. The Hypostasis describes man as a stepchild of Sophia (Wisdom) created according to the model of aion, the imperishable realm of eternity.

On the other hand, it is neither God the Imperishable nor Sophia who actually is responsible in the making of man. On the contrary, the task is undertaken by the archons, the demonic powers who, because of their weakness, entrap man in a material body and thus cut him off from his blessed origin. They place him in paradise and enjoin him against eating of the tree of knowledge. The prohibition, however, is viewed by the author of the text not as a holy command but as a malignant effort on the part of the inferior spirits to prevent Adam from having true communion with the High God, from gaining authentic gnosis. (26)

According to this bowdlerization, Adam is consistently contacted by the High God in hopes of reinitiating mans quest for gnosis (26). The archons intervene and create Eve to distract Adam from the pursuit of gnosis (26-27). However, this Gnostic Eve is actually a sort of undercover agent for the High God, who is charged with divulging to Adam the truth that has been withheld from him (27). The archons manage to sabotage this covert operation by facilitating sexual intercourse between Adam and Eve, an act that Gnostics contend was designed to defile the womans spiritual nature (27). At this juncture, the Hypostasis reintroduces a familiar antagonist from the original Genesis account:

But now the principle of feminine wisdom reappears in the form of the serpent, called the Instructor, who tells the mortal pair to defy the prohibition of the archons and eat of the tree of knowledge. (27)

The serpent successfully entices Adam and Eve to eat the forbidden fruit, but the bodily defilement of the woman prevents man from understanding the true motive underpinning the act (27). Thus, humanity is fettered by the archons curse, suggesting that the orthodox theological view of the violation of the command as sin must be regarded anew as the mindless failure to commit the act rightly in the first place (27). In this revisionist context, the serpent is no longer Satan, but is an incognito savior instead (27). Meanwhile, Gods role as benevolent Heavenly Father is vilified:

The God of Genesis, who comes to reprimand Adam and Eve after their transgression, is rudely caricatured in this tale as the Arrogant archon who opposes the will of the authentic heavenly father. (27)

Of course, within this Gnostic narrative, God incarnate is equally belittled. Jesus Christ, the Word made flesh, is reduced to little more than a forerunner of the coming Gnostic adept. According to the Gnostic mythology, Jesus was but a mere type of this perfect man (27). He came as a teacher and an exemplar, to show others the path to illumination (27-28). The true messiah has yet to come. Equally, the serpent is only a precursor to this messiah. He only initiates mans journey towards gnosis. The developmental voyage must be further facilitated by the serpents predecessor, the Gnostic Christ. The Hypostasis provides the paradigmatic template for all Luciferian mythologies.

Like the Hypostasis, the binary opposition of Luciferian mythology caricatures Jehovah as an oppressive tyrant. He becomes the archon of arrogance, the embodiment of ignorance and religious superstition. Satan, who retains his heavenly title of Lucifer, is the liberator of humanity. Masonry, which acts as the contemporary retainer for the ancient Mystery religion, reconceptualizes Satan in a similar fashion. In Morals and Dogma, 33rd degree Freemason Albert Pike candidly exalts the fallen angel:

LUCIFER, the Light-bearer! Strange and mysterious name to give to the Spirit of Darkness! Lucifer, the Son of the Morning! Is it he who bears the Light, and with its splendors intolerable blinds feeble, sensual, or selfish Souls? Doubt it not. (321)

He makes man aware of his own innate divinity and promises to unlock the god within us all. This theme of apotheosis underpinned both Gnosticism and the pagan Mystery religions. While Gnosticisms origins with the Ancient Mystery cults remains a source of contention amongst scholars, its promises of liberation from humanitys material side is strongly akin to the old pagan Mysterys variety of psychic therapy (28). In addition, the Ancient Mystery religion promised the:

opportunity to erase the curse of mortality by direct encounter with the patron deity, or in many instances by actually undergoing an apotheosis, a transfiguration of human into divine (28).

Like some varieties of Satanism, Luciferianism does not depict the devil as a literal metaphysical entity. Lucifer only symbolizes the cognitive powers of man. He is the embodiment of science and reason. It is the Luciferians religious conviction that these two facilitative forces will dethrone God and apotheosize man. It comes as little surprise that the radicals of the early revolutionary faith celebrated the arrival of Darwinism. Evolutionary theory was the edifying science of Promethean zealotry and the new secular religion of the scientific dictatorship. According to Masonic scholar Wilmshurst, the completion of human evolution involves man becoming a god-like being and unifying his consciousness with the Omniscient (94).

During the Enlightenment, Luciferianism was disseminated on the popular level as secular humanism. All of the governing precepts of Luciferianism are encompassed by secular humanism. This is made evident by the philosophys rejection of theistic morality and enthronement of man as his own absolute moral authority. While Luciferianism has no sacred texts, Humanist Manifesto I and II succinctly delineate its central tenets. Whittaker Chambers, former member of the communist underground in America, eloquently summarizes this truth:

Humanism is not new. It is, in fact, mans second oldest faith. Its promise was whispered in the first days of Creation under the Tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil: Ye shall be as gods. (Qutd. in Baker 206)

Transhumanism offers an updated, hi-tech variety of Luciferianism. The appellation Transhumanism was coined by evolutionary biologist Julian Huxley (Transhumanism, Wikipedia: The Free Encyclopedia, no pagination). Huxley defined the transhuman condition as man remaining man, but transcending himself, by realizing new possibilities of and for his human nature (no pagination). However, by 1990, Dr. Max More would radically redefine Transhumanism as follows:

Transhumanism is a class of philosophies that seek to guide us towards a posthuman condition. Transhumanism shares many elements of humanism, including a respect for reason and science, a commitment to progress, and a valuing of human (or transhuman) existence in this life Transhumanism differs from humanism in recognizing and anticipating the radical alterations in the nature and possibilities of our lives resulting from various sciences and technologies (No pagination)

Transhumanism advocates the use of nanotechnology, biotechnology, cognitive science, and information technology to propel humanity into a posthuman condition. Once he has arrived at this condition, man will cease to be man. He will become a machine, immune to death and all the other weaknesses intrinsic to his former human condition. The ultimate objective is to become a god. Transhumanism is closely aligned with the cult of artificial intelligence. In the very influential book The Age of Spiritual Machines, AI high priest Ray Kurzweil asserts that technological immortality could be achieved through magnetic resonance imaging or some technique of reading and replicating the human brains neural structure within a computer (Technological Immortality, no pagination). Through the merger of computers and humans, Kurzweil believes that man will become god-like spirits inhabiting cyberspace as well as the material universe (no pagination).

Following the Biblical revisionist tradition of the Gnostic Hypostasis myth, Transhumanists invert the roles of God and Satan. In an essay entitled In Praise of the Devil, Transhumanist ideologue Max More depicts Lucifer as a heroic rebel against a tyrannical God:

The Devil-Luciferis a force for good (where I define good simply as that which I value, not wanting to imply any universal validity or necessity to the orientation). Lucifer means light-bringer and this should begin to clue us in to his symbolic importance. The story is that God threw Lucifer out of Heaven because Lucifer had started to question God and was spreading dissension among the angels. We must remember that this story is told from the point of view of the Godists (if I may coin a term) and not from that of the Luciferians (I will use this term to distinguish us from the official Satanists with whom I have fundamental differences). The truth may just as easily be that Lucifer resigned from heaven. (No pagination)

According to More, Lucifer probably exiled himself out of moral outrage towards the oppressive Jehovah:

God, being the well-documented sadist that he is, no doubt wanted to keep Lucifer around so that he could punish him and try to get him back under his (Gods) power. Probably what really happened was that Lucifer came to hate Gods kingdom, his sadism, his demand for slavish conformity and obedience, his psychotic rage at any display of independent thinking and behavior. Lucifer realized that he could never fully think for himself and could certainly not act on his independent thinking so long as he was under Gods control. Therefore he left Heaven, that terrible spiritual-State ruled by the cosmic sadist Jehovah, and was accompanied by some of the angels who had had enough courage to question Gods authority and his value-perspective. (No pagination)

More proceeds to reiterate 33rd Degree Mason Albert Pikes depiction of Lucifer:

Lucifer is the embodiment of reason, of intelligence, of critical thought. He stands against the dogma of God and all other dogmas. He stands for the exploration of new ideas and new perspectives in the pursuit of truth. (No pagination)

Lucifer is even considered a patron saint by some Transhumanists (Transtopian Symbolism, no pagination). Transhumanism retains the paradigmatic character of Luciferianism, albeit in a futurist context. Worse still, Transhumanism is hardly some marginalized cult. Richard Hayes, executive director of the Center for Genetics and Society, elaborates:

Last June at Yale University, the World Transhumanist Association held its first national conference. The Transhumanists have chapters in more than 20 countries and advocate the breeding of genetically enriched forms of post-human beings. Other advocates of the new techno-eugenics, such as Princeton University professor Lee Silver, predict that by the end of this century, All aspects of the economy, the media, the entertainment industry, and the knowledge industry [will be] controlled by members of the GenRich class. . .Naturals [will] work as low-paid service providers or as laborers. . . (No pagination) I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. (Isaiah 14:13-14)

With a growing body of academic luminaries and a techno-eugenical vision for the future, Transhumanism is carrying the banner of Luciferianism into the 21st century. Through genetic engineering and biotechnological augmentation of the physical body, Transhumanists are attempting to achieve the very same objective of their patron saint.

I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God:

This declaration reflects the aspirations of the power elite as well. Whatever form the Luciferian religion assumes throughout the years, its goal remains the same: Apotheosis.

New Ascension registrar of voters takes pay cut, but gets salary above state starting pay – The Advocate

Posted: at 3:21 am

GONZALES The new Ascension Parish Registrar of Voters is taking a pay cut, or receiving a raise, depending on the perspective.

Shanie Bourg will receive 7.2 percent less than what she received as an elections administrator at the Secretary of State's office. At $91,500, though, she will also receive 16.5 percent above the standard starting pay of $78,526 for parish registrars. The parish is kicking in an extra $12,974.

Bourg is replacing the longtime Registrar of Voters Robert Poche', who retired in late January after nearly 40 years on the job and with a salary of around $114,570 per year.

The lifetime appointee maintains the list of eligible, registered voters in the parish and helps ensure local elections run smoothly.

Council Chair Teri Casso said the salary level was negotiated among Bourg and other parish officials.

"We came up with something that was not quite what she wanted and in keeping with her experience and ability to get the job done," Casso said. The salary can be reviewed later.

At the Secretary of State's Office, she earned $98,571.

The council adopted Bourg's pay rate Thursday with no discussion and no opposition.

Bourg said the office has a $30,000 surplus that could have been used to boost her pay further, but she said the office could use an extra position to improve the diversity of the office and to meet her goals to increase voter registration levels.

"I would rather take that money and try and diversify this office and get it where it needs to be," she said.

Diversity was one of the consistent questions of council members during interviews earlier this month of candidates that included a handful of Black candidates, though none became a finalist. Under Poche' in recent years, the office had been made up entirely of White women, except for him. Bourg is a White woman.

Alphabet’s CapitalG, Ascension back $140M investment in kidney care startup Strive Health – FierceHealthcare

Posted: at 3:21 am

Strive Health aims to slow the progression of kidney diseasewith an approach that combines advanced technology with high-touch patient care.

The startup landed $140 million backed byAlphabets independent growth fund CapitalG to scale up its model.

Redpoint also joinedcurrent investors NEA, Town Hall Ventures, Ascension Ventures and Echo Ventures to complete the round. The financing will support the growing demand for Strives innovative whole-patient solution for kidney disease populations, the company said.

Strive Health was founded in 2018 and is among a crop of tech-enabled companies looking to disrupt kidney care. Based in Denver, Strive Health hasraised $223.5 million in capital since its founding.

Strive works with patients' primary care physicians and nephrologists to manage their care while providing access to predictive analytics, telehealth services and education on home dialysis options. The company leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning technology to offer patients direct and virtual clinical services, home dialysis education and training, and advanced care planning.

The company is focused on creating a new standard of kidney care to slow kidney disease progression, cut inpatient utilization, increase the adoption of home dialysis and significantly improve patient outcomes and experience.

The growing national spotlight on kidney care and the demand for value-based healthcare solutions has helped Strive more than double its presence in regional markets and grow its employee base by more than 600% in the last year, according to the company.

Currently, there is $410 billion of unmanaged kidney disease spend as the diseaseaffects 37 million adults and is the nations ninth leading cause of death. Kidney disease also disproportionately impacts people of color and significantly elevates the risk of developing serious complications from COVID-19. Despite dismal outcomes, only 10% of people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) are aware they have the disease, over half of late-stage CKD patients have not seen a nephrologist and roughly 60% of people who experience kidney failure do so in an unplanned way, demonstrating the need to reform treatment approaches.

The new partnership with CapitalG is expected to amplify Strives position as the leader in value-based kidney care through growth capital and unique access to Google and Alphabet expertise to support product and go-to-market innovation, the company said.

Chronic and end-stage kidney disease patients continue to be underserved by the current healthcare system. Strive has built an industry-leading kidney care solution that has the potential to transform patients lives, said Sumi Das, partner at CapitalG, in a statement.

After extensively studying the landscape, we determined that Strives technology, care delivery model, and team were best-in-class in the rapidly emerging kidney care segment. We are excited to partner with the Strive team to improve patient outcomes and significantly drive down healthcare costs," Das said.

According to Strive, the company'sartificial-intelligence-powered data science models predict disease progression with greater than 95% accuracy. Specially trained clinicians use these data to help patients slow disease progression and manage other avoidable health risks. If patients progress to kidney failure, Strive is equipped to coordinate transplants or flexible home dialysis. Strives programs have dramatically improved care quality and shown up to 29% reduction in total healthcare spend, the company reported.

Our focus is on providing great patient care. Technology is a critical aspect of doing this well, and our unique partnership with CapitalG will help us profoundly elevate our growth and technology vision by leveraging the insights and expertise of the best and brightest minds at Google and Alphabet, said Chris Riopelle, CEO of Strive Health, in a statement.

The company has scored partnerships with large payers and health systems. It joined forces with Humana to offer coordinated kidney care in Kentucky and Indiana. It also struck a partnership with SSM Health, a 23-hospital health system serving the Midwest.

Strive also works withBlue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina as part of itsBlue Premier Advanced Kidney Care program, which aims toimprove care coordination as well as member engagement and education around their conditions. Independence Blue Cross also works with the company to improve care for members living with late-stage CKD and end-stage renal disease.

The startup also has partnerships with hundreds of nephrology providers through new Medicare payment models and aggressive growth plans for the coming year.
