‘Sister Wives’: Kody Brown Blames Meri Over Big House Dissent – Where Do They Live At The Moment? – TV Shows Ace
Posted: March 5, 2020 at 6:49 pm
Sister Wives fans see a bunch of women at odds with each other this season. They also see the downside of polygamy as Kody wants a giant home for all of them. It looks like even Robyns in trouble these days. None of them agree over the big home he wants, and Kody seems to blame Meri for all his woes. Fans grow weary of the never-ending story, and they grow irritated that Meris always the one Kody blames. They didnt move into the big home yet, so where do they live?
Kody doesnt love Meri anymore. Okay, some fans think, enough. Meri just get outta there and go your way. But she resolutely sticks with being the bad person in Kodys life. And, fans know the other wives really dont like her very much. Kody seems to encourage the division between his wives, In fact, he yelled at Robyn, telling her not to stick up for Meri.
Sister Wives fans heard that Kody now regrets his polygamous lifestyle, TV Shows Ace reported. After complaining about Meri and her role in dividing the wives, Kody said he doesnt like it when the wives spend time together. That seems a bit odd seeing he wants them all under one roof. In a camera interview, he said, Im struggling with plural marriage and Im struggling with my wives and Im struggling with their conflict.
During the last year or so, various outlets kept track of the different wives. Robyn and Kody bought a mansion, and he seems to live there with Meris usurper as his first wife. Meanwhile, Monsters and Critics remind their readers that Christine also lives in her own home, a three-bed, three-bath home. Meanwhile, after Meri left her original rental in Flagstaff and returned briefly to Las Vegas, she returned and lives in a big home that may or may not be a rental.
Its interesting seeing all these properties on top of the large payment Kody made for the big piece of land at Coyote pass. According to Kody on the Sister Wives show, their finances seem in a very poor position. Fans seem less than impressed with Kody and his treatment of Meri this season. Loads of comments about her pushed off into the wings, and the way Kody talks to her is getting on their nerves.
On Twitter, the subject of the single home annoys some fans. But they also hate the idea of Kody being so openly aggressive with Meri. Heres what some of them said about it:
Meri deserves a better husband than this sad sack #sisterwives pic.twitter.com/4gLcsiCd9S

What do you think about all this drama between the wives and Kody Brown over where they actually live or plan on living? Do you think its all Meris fault they seem so divided? Sound off your thoughts in the comments below.

WWE Released The Ascension Very Close To Contract Expiration – Ringside News
Posted: at 6:48 pm
WWE released The Ascension along with Sin Cara and Luke Harper all on the same day. Their non-compete clauses are all running up on March 7th, but The Ascension have already gotten back on the indies.
While speaking to Wrestling Inc, Konnor spoke about his recent WWE release. They only had three months left on their contracts, and they were just sitting at home.
He said that someone tried to get something started before his release, but he didnt elaborate. Konnor didnt the point in trying since WWE had pegged them as enhancement talents.
We only had two more months left. We literally had two more months left. We had been sitting at home for almost nine months. They had literally taken us off the road and we literally almost sat there throughout the last portion of our contract, and it just was one of those things where it was nice to be honest with you, and there was some more backstory to it as to why things kinda went the way that it did.
Basically, I had a discussion with one of the gentlemen there. They were talking about possibly making some things happen and my only question to them was why. There was really no point. There was nothing going on for us. We were clearly there to do one thing and that was to be quote unquote enhancement talent, and thats just the reality of it. So, you just kind of take a step back and youre just like, Man this isnt why I got into this business.
Konnor and Viktor are now on their own. Well have to see whats next for them in the pro wrestling world, but it sounds like their WWE release wasnt that devastating to discover.

Ascension of the Cybermen has pushed the series average up to 6.70. Series 11 concluded its run with this exact same average. So with only one episode left, Series 12 is currently as consistent as Series 11. Not that this is a good thing in this case, as it would mean it would still be joint lowest ranked series of the whole revival.

JC and Gustaff give their takes on the ninth episode of Series 12.
Its hard to review Doctor Who two-parters, especially finales. With just half the picture, unanswered questions and open plot lines galore, can you really give a proper verdict at this stage? What can I say? Im conflicted. For now, I enjoyed some parts better than others. I have issues, but some of those may be addressed by the next episode. They may not. So
Anyway, the episodes most unexpected subplot focusses on an abandoned baby who grows up to be known as Brendan, a policeman in what appears to be Ireland. Not so strange, until we later see that Brendan comes back to life after being shot and falling off a cliff. And just to add further confusion, by retirement he is seemingly hooked up to a Chameleon Arch. Initially I wondered where this plot was going and why it was taking away valuable time from the main storyline. But by the episodes end I found this plot to actually be the most compelling part of the episode. For all his faults, something I think Chibnall can do well is mystery and the build up (see Fugitive of the Judoon and Broadchurch). I just hope the pay-off is as good.
I found the Doctors scenes this week to be second most interesting. Not only did we get to see an angrier side to her again, but we also had more intrigue as she attempts to find the mysterious Boundary. Ryan is paired with her on this journey, but unfortunately feels completely peripheral again (especially disappointing since this might be his penultimate ever appearance). Making up for that though is seasoned actor Ian McElhinney, as the stupidly named Ko Sharmus (what is it with Chibnalls character and planet names does he use a random word generator?!). A lot of fans seemed to be stunned by the revelation that Gallifrey was revealed to be the destination, but I had already guessed it.
I found the Yaz and Graham parts not as good as the rest, at least for a good chunk of the duration. It didnt help that the duo were joined by a couple of annoying / pointless characters, and some sections just dragged. I was hoping whiny guy with another ridiculous name (Yedlarmi Alex Austin) would die fast, and Discount Rose (Bescot Rhiannon Clements) didnt add anything either. Julie Graham fared a bit better as tough gal Ravio, and I enjoyed her exchanges with Graham. The scene with the gang trapped in space with Cyber body parts hitting the craft could have been even better if it was fully mined for horror (imagine a Cyberman trying to break in to the ship). This led to a silly scene where they perfectly navigate into the Cybership docking bay.
As for the Cybermen, I was pleased the Doctor pointed out the inherent contradiction in Ashads being. As I said last week, a Cyberman with emotions goes against the monsters very nature, and Im still not sure on that. Im also left wondering why pure emotionless Cybermen would allow him to lead them. Maybe thatll be answered next time? Ashad was at least a pretty intimidating villain, even if it felt his bark was bigger than his bite at times.
The new Cyber design is a visually cool mash-up of old and new, but Ive never been a huge fan of the stompy theatrics that the revival era often resorts to. I much preferred the creepier way Moffat employed them last in World Enough & Time. The Cyberdrones were laughably stupid, even if they did at least hit some of their targets (eventually). After his absence last week, I was pleased to see Nick Briggs back as the Cyber voices. Sadly, the same cannot be said for the Cyberman theme. A shame Segun Akinola couldnt at least tip his hat to it, rather than the Terminator-esque mix we have now.
The cliffhanger fell a little flat I felt, as the Masters return was already intentionally leaked by the BBC (On the cast list as an obvious anagram) and I suspected Gallifreys return all along. Ascension is certainly better than Series 11s attempt at a finale though. It still contains some familiar Chibnall flaws such as: clunky dialogue (3 scenes in succession deliver nothing but exposition), too many superfluous characters (again), reduced companion roles (again), but its a pretty encouraging start. Part 2 has a hell of a lot of work to do though. Can it possibly deliver?
Ive always wanted to see the inside of a Cyber War.
Doctor Who crashed onto our screens for the penultimate episode and it sure was a doozy. Cybermen finales are not a new thing, with Series Ten featuring them as genuine threats in a clever and chilling body horror story, as did Series Two where they are made to look like fools next to the Daleks. Given the aforementioned, its safe to say that whenever the Cybermen have appeared in the new era, whether it be in finales or standalone episodes, they usually arent dealt with in a very dignified manner. Ascension of the Cybermen goes out of its way to change all that.
Emotional Inhibitors? Glitter Guns? Force Fields?
All gone!
Introduced in the first couple minutes and promptly rendered useless.
TARDIS?
Too far away!
Something this episode does extremely well is raising the stakes and continuously building the tension. The first action sequence establishes just how frightfully powerful the Cybermen in this era are, even if they are just coming off a major loss. Most of their victims are nameless redshirts I grant you, but points for effort.
I particularly enjoyed the exploration of the Lone Cybermens motives and his quest to revive the Cyber Army despite being a human in a metal body. Ashad states that the same qualities which make him a threat are antithetical to the nature of Cybermen. Ironically; giving this Cyberman emotions and individuality help upgrade him into a much savvier foe. You can see this when Ethan attempts to give himself up to spare his friend, but Ashad realizes hes lying and guns down the other one instead. No normal Cyberman wouldve managed this.
Moving onto the characters, I cant say I remembered any of them other than Ethan (who I Googled). No one does anything to stand out. It also doesnt help that the back-story for every single one of these guest stars is exactly the same if they are even mentioned. Loved ones killed by Cybermen, born in war, yada, yada, yada. Given that the Cyber War is a massive conflict in Doctor Who and the humans suffered heavily for years and years, adding a turncoat-esque character, be it as a prisoner or saboteur, amongst the ragtag group wouldve done wonders for their entertainment potential.
Ascension of the Cybermen also works wonders for Jodies Doctor. Were almost two seasons in and she barely has any character development apart from Im socially awkward. Here the episode pushes Thirteen to the limit and it shows. The Doctor isnt mildly annoyed when her companions point out that Plan A didnt work, she is livid. She snaps at them like she knows they have the same value as a Sonic Screwdriver pointed at a wooden door. Instead of leaving the three sacks of convertible Cyber-meat behind in the TARDIS, the Doctor forgets about this piece of obviousness and puts Graham, Yaz and Ryan in harms way by bringing them along. She shouts at them to leave when they try to win her over with the Power of Friendship. The most notable piece of evidence is in the Doctors emotionless reaction to learning that nobody in the settlement is a soldier who can actually be of some help to her, just scared useless civilians trying to survive. These noticeable ticks sound out of character for the Doctor, but unlike other times there is a narrative reason for these and it helps improve the character as opposed to just doing something because the script calls for it.
That isnt to say this episode isnt littered with the usual Chris Chibnall idiotic decision-making. Instead of using the stolen Cybership to get to the TARDIS, a vehicle that would allow her to collect the others and head to the Boundary, the Doctor sticks with the Cybership, leaving two of her three friends in mortal danger.
And while were on the topic, why didnt she just park the TARDIS in the settlement and evacuated civilians immediately. A similar error is made by the writer of Praxeus by having the Doctor park her TARDIS so far away from shelter that her critically injured passenger needs to be carried halfway across the beach just to receive medical attention.
But its Yaz who wins the prize for best written companion this week when she chooses not to steal a shuttle to get off the Cybership, or even the ship Ashad arrived in once he and his two Cybermen have left, but instead insist on taking a ship full of Cybermen to the Boundary because theres no other way. Way to go Yaz! Thats my girl! Lets not forget that triggering the self-destruct sequence or even blowing up the ship would kill themselves, but it would also guarantee fewer Cybermen for the Doctor to worry about next week. Plus it would be a very selfless/heroic beat to go out on.
Ill be honest, I found most of the Brendan storyline not only dull and disconnected from the main plot, but every time we did cut to a particular scene with him, the momentum in the A-plot just deflated. This plot thread feels as though it would have worked better had it been a little something extra in every other episode much like how Missys scenes in the Nethersphere were sprinkled into episodes of Series 8. I only became fully invested during the last scene and only because I found it odd that Brendan was the only one aged. The rest of the build up is nice, but it also takes up a quarter of the runtime. Likewise with the Boundary crossing near the end of the episode. Its only when the Master shows up to tease next weeks episode that I got goosebumps.
The Timeless Children, at this point, is unfortunately mostly feared by me. There are so many plot points that need to be tied up including the Ruth Doctor (I dont see any space for her to show up next week), the Masters prophecy, the Timeless Children, Brendans storyline and the Cybermens rise to power. Not to mention that 50+ years of mythology is on the verge of an upgrade and Chris Chibnall, a writer whose vast contribution to Doctor Who since its resurrection hasnt even come close to breaking into the Top 20 Most Popular Doctor Who stories on this website, is the one holding the blow torch

NATO Evaluation Tool Points Out Training Mistakes in Almost Real-Time – USNI News
Posted: at 6:47 pm
Naval Aircrewman (Operator) 3rd Class Ethan Mehring, assigned to the Skinny Dragons of Patrol Squadron (VP) 4, conducts flight operations aboard a squadron P-8A Poseidon aircraft during an during an anti-submarine warfare mission over the Mediterranean Sea, Feb. 19, 2020. VP-4 is currently forward deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations and is assigned to Commander, Task Force 67, responsible for tactical control of deployed maritime patrol and reconnaissance squadrons throughout Europe and Africa. US Navy photo
NAVAL AIR STATION SIGONELLA, ITALY An increasingly sophisticated reconstruction and evaluation team is giving sailors in NATOs ongoing Dynamic Manta anti-submarine warfare exercise almost real-time feedback that helps them learn from any mistakes they make each day instead of waiting weeks or months for corrections.
An In-Stride Debriefing Team (IDT) set up at Naval Air Station Sigonella in Sicily is helping the participants in the air, surface and undersea domains understand each day what contributed to their success in finding the target submarine in that days serial, or if they didnt find the submarine, what opportunities they had to detect the sub and why they missed their target.
In some cases, the issue could be as simple as operating a sonar at the wrong depth in the water column, where a simple fix could help the team find success the next day. In other cases, the lessons learned may be more complicated but participants are finding out during the exercise while they can consult other experts and try to correct out their mistakes, whereas in other exercises they might not understand until weeks or months later what went wrong.
Normally during most exercises you dont get that sort of immediate feedback. So what Im hoping to see is maybe at the beginning of the exercise the people shaking the rust off, if you will, to at the end of the exercise they are feeling really that theyve gotten that feedback that they need in a real-time feedback loop such that their skillsets are improved, U.S. Rear Adm. Andrew Burcher, who commands submarines at NATOs Maritime Command (MARCOM), said during a press conference at sea during the Dynamic Manta 2020 kickoff.
Burcher likened the capability to a test where you can see the answer to the first question and know if you got it right or wrong before moving on to the second question.
That immediate feedback can help participants see if youve improved and understand where maybe your mistakes are. And thats incredibly important, because a lot of times in these exercises the ships, the assets dont know if they got the answer right until weeks later after theres been some feedback. So that real-time heres the answer to Question 1, this is how you did, lets take Question 2, is really important, he said.
A helicopter from Italian frigate ITS Carabiniere (F 593) lowers its dipping sonar into the Ionian Sea on Feb. 24, 2020, during an anti-warfare demonstration for media at the kickoff of NATO exercise Dynamic Manta. USNI News photo.
Peter Van Mierlo is leading the IDT, made up of 12 officers from 12 countries with a range of expertise and backgrounds. He has been involved in the effort to provide real-time lessons learned for 20 years, dating back to his time in uniform in the Royal Netherlands Navy.
Van Mierlo told reporters during the exercise that in 2000 he came to participate in Dynamic Manta for the first time, when the exercise had nine submarines and 40 maritime patrol aircraft missions that were flown but no surface ships at the time. He was told to collect all the data when the aircraft came back from their missions, and in sorting through stacks and stacks of papers from the exercise, he realized that 75 percent of the missions were cold the airplanes did not detect a submarine and the aircrews would have no way of knowing if there was just no submarine in their operating area or if they missed it due to a mistake they had made.
They were cold, and they dont know why, if they missed anything, he said.
He realized at the time that, with just a little more information on the submarines actual tracks, he could figure out what detection opportunities were missed and, with perhaps with a little more information, why.
Some tools were built for the 2001 exercise and have been improved upon since then, bringing answers to aircraft and ship crews within about 24 hours so they can apply lessons learned to the next serial in the exercise.
Todays feedback comes in the form of Power Point slides, where Van Mierlo and his team of experts map out snapshots of every 15 minutes or so, where the subs were versus anti-submarine warfare assets, and comments regarding what actions the crew took versus what they should have done.
The idea is that the [operations] officer takes that aboard ship, gets the whole team around it and talks his way through it and picks up on what went well and what could go better, to accelerate the lessons learned process, Van Mierlo said.
Some nations contributing to the IDT send experts on diesel submarines, and some send experts on ASW and this year, the U.S. Navy for the first time sent an expert on the lessons learned process.
Lt. Ryan Rapada, the ASW officer at the Afloat Training Group who was previously trained to be an anti-submarine/anti-surface warfare tactics instructor (WTI) through the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC), is supporting this NATO exercise on behalf of SMWDC for the first time in the commands history.
Rapada told USNI News that SMWDC stresses the PBED process planning, briefing, executing and debriefing above all else as a way to improve proficiency quickly.
That is exactly what were doing here. So we receive the data, do the analysis and debrief, he said.Debrief is the most important part, thats how the guys get all their lessons learned. So we construct the PowerPoints, something that we vigorously did in the (SMWDC) schoolhouse, and then we get the chance to interact with the squadrons and the surface ships and submariners and sort of poke them to talk about what they did and how they can improve.
During Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT) events hosted by SMWDC for ships preparing to deploy, the PBED process is enhanced by playback tools that allow operators to listen back to conversations on the bridge and re-look at what they could see on their screens at the time, to discuss in vivid detail what they knew and how they arrived at the decisions they made. The IDT at the NATO exercises does not have the playback tools but does recreate that to a degree in the PowerPoint slides, with detailed tracks, depth movements, detections, and commanders commentary on what tactical thinking drove their decisions.
Rapada said that some of his colleagues on the IDT have dedicated their careers to mastering ASW in a way that American sailors arent often able to do, as they might serve as an ASW Officer on a surface ship but then move onto another assignment with another focus area two years later. What he could bring, to supplement their deep subject matter knowledge, is an expertise on generating lessons learned and boosting crew proficiently on short timelines.
WTIs enter the fleet as warriors, thinkers, and teachers, Rapada told USNI News.Being part of Dynamic Manta, were constantly analyzing the tactics being used in each [combined ASW exercise] to provide lessons learned to all of the major players. During the debriefs, we have a chance to teach doctrine and help the participants from every community become a more lethal force.
