I made this video so that people who have it could learn a little more about it and what you can do to help it you can try to lay out in the sun. for me that helps it alot! it also helps it not to look so red and blotchy. 😛 and also you can get in the salt water at the beach. Those two things help alot also Here are some Creams and lotions that i use instead of paying a whole lot for a small tube that a dermotologist would tell you to use. They are:: 1.) Lotion- Suave, Natrual oatmeal (Conforts dry and irritated Skin) 2.) Cream... Eucerin... dry skin therapy (Moisturizing Cream) 3.)Cream.... Aquaphor... Healing ointment... (for dry, cracked or irritated skin) I believe that the 1st and 3rd works the best for my psoriases..
