On Wednesday, Oct. 12, American Legion National Historian Deborah A. Davis delivered a report to the National Executive Committee that included the winners of the 2021-2022American Legion History Contests, judged by members of the National Association of Department Historians of The American Legion (NADHAL). Davis also updated the NEC on the NADHAL meeting held the previous day, which included discussion of moving to a digital format for entries in the next few years.
