The self-made billionaire has always credited his father for his success. His father taught him about investing and introduced him to books.

The Berkshire Hathaway owner had met his second mentor, also a well-known economist, at Columbia University. From understanding market fluctuations to analysing them, Graham guided Buffett with his profound, yet simple, investment principles.

Talking about his third teacher, in his 2017 documentary 'Becoming Warren Buffett', he had shared that his wife - who passed away in 2004 - has helped him open up emotionally to the world.

Buffett ranks ninth in the Forbes Real-Time Billionaires List 2021 with a net worth of $103.7 billion.

The Harvard drop-out had credited the well-known investor for helping him deal with difficult situations. He also said Buffett taught him to always keep a long-term goal in mind.

Gates has also praised Buffetts efforts to simplify complex concepts that can help a layman understand better.

Earlier in August, Gates officially ended his 27-year-long marriage, and divorced former wife Melinda French three months after their first announcement. Various shocking revelations have come to the fore since the couple split.

Currently, Gates is at the fifth position in the 2021 Forbes Real-Time Billionaires List with a net worth of $133.2 billion.

During a 2018 panel discussion at the George W Bush Presidential Centers Forum on Leadership, Jeff Bezos listed Warren Buffett, JPMorgan Chase Chairman Jamie Dimon and Disney CEO Bob Iger among his idols.

The Amazon founder said he has been a fan of Buffett since his early 20s, and loves to read everything he writes.

Bezos further praised Dimon for being a "terrific executive" at a "very complicated company."

Iger's quick wit and ability to fulfil long-term goals made him the wealthiest mans third pick.

Bezos tops the Forbes Real-Time Billionaires List 2021 with $200.1 billion net worth.

The SpaceXs VP of business development Jim Cantrell, also known as Tesla CEO's industry mentor, had shared with Esquire in 2012 that Musk used textbooks to teach himself rocket science. Musk also ensured he kept in touch with industry heavyweights.

When Musk was asked if he has had any mentor who had an influence on him at The Economic Club of Chicago in 2012, he was quick to reply, "I love reading biographies.

He said that he has read biographies and autobiographies of Apple founder Steve Jobs, the US founding father Benjamin Franklin, and inventors Nikola Tesla, Thomas Edison, Issac Newton and Albert Einstein.

Musk has been edging close to Bezos at number two spot on the Forbes Real-Time Billionaires List 2021 with a net worth of $190.7 billion.

The Apple founder had shared his pearls of wisdom with the self-made billionaire on developing a management team. He had advised him to focus on building a high quality team.

Soon after Jobs's death in 2011, Zuckerberg took to social media to thank him for being his mentor and a friend.

Zuckerberg has secured a place at the fourth place with $137.3 billion net worth in the 2021 Forbes Real-Time Billionaires List.
