The Women's Leadership Council was formed to elevate and empower the undergraduate and graduate experience of female students at the University of New Haven, while strengthening the connections we all have to each other. We are a passionate and purposeful gathering of successful women who represent a broad spectrum of professional achievement. Our purpose is to offer our perspectives and assistance in areas such as networking, professional exploration, development opportunities, and social interactions on campus and beyond.

The Pompea College of Business at the University of New Haven, in collaboration with the Women's Leadership Council, has created The Women's Leadership Fund to spark change and inspire, develop and cultivate women's leadership programming to impact and inspire future leaders.

By empowering young leaders through this program, The Women's Leadership Fund hopes to provide countless opportunities for students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends to nurture, promote and celebrate the collective and dynamic impact of women.
