Its no surprise that Nicole Kidman is serious about her skincare. Shes constantly attending red carpet events, starring in tv shows (run don't walk to see Nine Perfect Strangers), and gracing the covers of various magazines. The star has proven time and time again that she's not only a master of her craft, but that she's also great at maintaining flawless-looking skin.

In a recent video for Harpers Bazaar, Kidman shared her must-have beauty products and steps for her nighttime skincare routineand it's incredibly simple. I think Im just very much about less is more now as I get older and also after having kids I cant be bothered, Kidman said.

So if youve been skipping out on your skincare routine because you dont have enough time, follow Kidmans quick and simple method for ageless-looking skin, just like hers.

I take off my makeup using this cleanser which smells amazing, said Kidman, who is a a SeraLabs ambassador and business partner. Its the SeraLabs Clarity Foaming Cleanser, packed with good-for-you skincare ingredients like jojoba seed oil which helps to hydrate the skin, fruit extracts that dissolve dead skin cell build-up, and a unique patented P3P complex that increases absorption in your skin. The formula is also designed to maintain the skins delicate moisture balance while breaking up dirt, oil, and other impurities.

To apply, Kidman pumps a generous amount of product into her hand and then rubs it across her face, gently massaging it into her forehead, cheeks, and nose. She then rinses it all off and uses a dry cloth to clean up excess water.

Next, she follows up with a CBD-infused facial oil by SeraLabs, which she says helps with redness and inflammation. Kidman pours a tiny amount of oil into her palms and then smoothes it all over her face, including her ears. I like to have moist skin, she said as she massaged the product onto her cheeks.

The facial oil with CBD has a 4.8-star rating and great customer reviews. This product helps the area of my skin that was damaged by shingles in the past which was just an added bonus to the results of this product, wrote one satisfied user. I highly recommend it for regular use and people that have had shingles on their face and had to deal with residual nerve pain and itching in that area.

Formulated with marula oil, argan oil, and vitamin E, this oil helps to improve the appearance of the skin by reducing fine lines and wrinkles while creating a radiant, youthful glow.

Marula oil is great at reducing redness and hydrating dry and irritated skin, says Debra Jaliman, M.D., a board-certified dermatologist in New York City and the author of Skin Rules. Its rich in omega fatty acids, but its noncomedogenic and absorbs quickly, meaning it has a low risk of clogging your pores. The texture of the oil is also silky, lightweight, and absorbs quickly.

To keep her curly strands healthy and tangle-free, Kidman applies her favorite hair oil, the Philip B Rejuvenating Oil (an intensive hair and scalp treatment that moisturizes dry hair). She then gathers all of her hair to the back of her head, creating one large braid, and secures the bottom with a hair tie.

Made with nourishing oils like sesame seed and almond, this hair treatment helps to repair existing damage by strengthening the follicles. Plus, it says it helps prevent future breakage.

Sometimes I put on this beautiful heel souffle which is also by SeraLabs because my feet get really dry, Kidman said. This whipped moisturizer melts into dehydrated skin and works to improve the texture and feel of dry, bumpy, rough-feeling heels.

Its ingredients include shea butter, coconut oil, marula oil, and CBD extract. The brand says that the topical application of CBD body lotion and other topical CBD products can soothe areas such as joints that are affected by occasional discomforts. Who wouldn't want some relief, especially after a long day on their feet (or after a premier).
