NASSAU, Bahamas -- - Due to unforeseen circumstances, tonight's scheduled game between Penn State men's basketball and the Bahamas All-Stars has been cancelled. The Nittany Lions completed the competition portion of their 2017 foreign tour with a 2-0 record with wins over the New Providence Basketball Association (NPBA) All-Stars and the Providence Storm.

"It has been a pleasure working with the Bahamas Basketball Federation in every aspect of our trip," said Penn State men's basketball coach Patrick Chambers. "We have made excellent progress in terms of our development, not only from the standpoint of our time on the court practicing, but also as far as bonding as a team. We got everything out of this experience that we wanted. There is work to be done, but I feel like this has put us ahead as we work toward the season."

Penn State will open the 2017-18 campaign on Nov. 10 and fans can preview the team during its exhibition game against Bloomsburg on Nov. 5. Times and broadcast information will be announced later.

Deposits for new 2017-18 Penn State Men's Basketball season tickets can be made by calling 1-800-NITTANY (weekdays, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Eastern time) or by visiting gopsusports.com/tickets/m-baskbl-tickets.html.
