WARNING: The following article contains spoilers for The CWs Crisis on Infinite Earths, streaming now.
After resetting things with Crisis on Infinite Earths, the characters who remember the originaluniverse are going to have some adjusting to do. The biggest change is that the heroes of the Arrowverse all reside on Earth-Prime now, rather than being scattered across different realities. Its a massive alteration to the status quo that the individual series will be dealing with for the foreseeable future.
However, the merging of Earths has led the heroes to the wrong conclusion. The most recent episodes of Batwoman and Supergirlsee the characters saying the multiverse no longer exists. Fans know thats not the case, however, given the montage at the end of Part 5 of Crisisrevealing the different realities that houseStargirl, Titans, Swamp Thing, Doom Patrol and Brandon Routh's Superman. So, what's actually going on with the Arrowverse's multiverse?

Clearly, the heroes dont know what the audience does. Its an easy mistake to make given the entire multiverse was destroyed by the anti-matter wave the Anti-Monitor unleashed. When the heroes wokeup on a new Earth that clearly merged at least three separate realities, it's easy for them to think that they're the sole survivors.Oliver wasnt exactly clear about what he was doing when he helped the Paragons recreate reality, and he may not have known that they werecreating an entirely new multiverse.
Sinceeveryone believes there's one Earth, it's unlikely that anyone will venture out in search of other realities.Breaching to other Earths was getting to be almost routine in the last couple of seasons ofThe Flash, so its not that they cant go and look. With the big reset, though, theyve lost a lot of their reason to go reality skipping.Theresclearly a whole new mess of problemson Earth-Prime to deal with, so even if they knew the multiverse was out there, they might not be in a big hurry to explore it.

But if there's one show that could fix this mess, itll be The Flash. There are a lot of characters from other Earths that made relatively frequent appearances on the Grant Gustin-led show. At some point, Team Flash is going to go looking for Earth-3 Jay Garrick or Jesse Quick and Harry Wells from Earth-2. Barry Allen was a Paragon and heard about the destruction of Earth-2, so he at least should remember them and everyone else.
Of course,the powers that be at The CW wouldn'tinclude those shots of the newmultiverse in "Crisis" if they werent planning on using it in some way eventually. The immediate future of most of these shows is going to be exploring the new status quo, and the multiverse is part of that new order. If it does get addressed, though, expect it to be finding old friends from across the old multiverse. While it would be exciting to see Titans come to Earth-Prime Gotham City or the insanity of Doom Patrol crossing over with Legends of Tomorrow, it's unlikely to happen anytime soon.

For now, it looks like the multiverse is going to be in the background of the Arrowverse. While the heroes thinking that its gone is sure to be addressed down the line, the focus is on Earth-Prime for the time being. Theres more than enough to keep everyone busy in their new home, rather than jumping back into the multiverse right away.
"Crisis on Infinite Earths," the five-show Arrowverse crossover, is now available on The CW's streaming service in its entirety.
