Most recently, at Gunderson Dettmer LLP, Oreshack served as external General Counsel to over 100 private and public emerging growth companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, cleantech and software industries. Oreshack is a Capital Markets expert, who has structured and negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in debt and equity investments in private and public company clients.
