Go to red, she orders communications officer Chelsea Czekalski. <\/p>\n
All decks reporting red alert, Czekalski replies with practiced calm. <\/p>\n
Permission to fire? asks tactical officer Randall Ortubia. <\/p>\n
Not yet, Luckhardt replies. We want to talk to them first. <\/p>\n
But the enemy chooses to talk with missiles and photon torpedoes. <\/p>\n
Raise shields, Luckhardt orders. Fire! <\/p>\n
Missiles away, reports Ortubia. <\/p>\n
But things dont go well. <\/p>\n
Fire anything else we have, Luckhardt orders, desperation creeping into her voice. <\/p>\n
