Baby massage
I massage and stretch the babies muscles for 5 minutes every morning and evening. It looks a little rough but he #39;s either ignoring me or smiling most of the time. I think this is a big reason why my babies are so alert and have been since they were very small. It #39;s a pretty vigorous massage in the morning and a bit slower and deeper into the muscle at night. I use a lavender scented butter on their body and Aveno eczema on their little faces.
