(WBAY) -  Brown County Executive Troy Streckenbach appears to be pursuing a partnership with Tesla leader Elon Musk.<\/p>\n<p>Streckenbach posted on Twitter Thursday, \"I want to send a shout out to Elon Musk because Brown County has a proposal for you.
