Find your polling place online through Missouri's voter outreach center.<\/p>\n<p>What do I bring to the polling place?<\/p>\n<p>Any acceptable form of ID. However...<\/p>\n<p>Can I vote absentee?<\/p>\n<p>Only if the county clerk's office received your request to vote absentee by Feb. 26.<\/p>\n<p> Absentee voters casting a ballot in person can do so from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday through March 9 at the Phelps County Clerks office at the Phelps County Courthouse.<\/p>\n<p>Voting absentee by mail<\/p>\n<p> Phelps County abides by Missouri law, which requires that requests for absentee ballots must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday prior to Election Day if the ballot is to be mailed.
