NGO Human Rights    Watch called for Lius immediate release, while Amnesty    International Hong Kongsaid the diagnosis adds injury to    insult to Liu.  <\/p>\n<p>    The Norwegian Nobel Committee invited Liu to visit Oslo to    receive his Nobel Peace Prize.
