Germany coach Joachim Low has said Mario Gotze is \"feeling better all the time\" as the Borussia Dortmund midfielder continues his recovery from metabolic problems. <\/p>\n
In March, Dortmund confirmed that Germany international midfielder Gotze would not play again this season as he receives treatment for a metabolic disorder. <\/p>\n
The 24-year-old was diagnosed with the disorder in February, and Dortmund said he \"can start back training in early summer\" if he responds well to treatment. <\/p>\n
Speaking in Hamburg on Thursday, Low said he had been in contact with Gotze around \"two or three weeks ago\" and added: \"He's feeling better all the time. <\/p>\n
\"He is getting physician-directed therapy and this has worked pretty well. But he should take all the time he needs and then possibly return in preseason. <\/p>\n
\"Before the diagnosis, it was always a bit unclear what was wrong with Mario. He trained a lot, he always put in extra shifts, he was very professional. <\/p>\n
\"It was a relief for him to find a reason. He will be able to cope with a heavy workload again, and he will be able to play again.\" <\/p>\n
