Boot or closed-toed    shoes are recommended. Flip flops are strongly discouraged.  <\/p>\n<p>    A shellfish license is required and can be obtained from the    local state Department of Fish and Wildlife office or at    Naveens Bayside Market and Deli.  <\/p>\n<p>    WEBS is a local non-profit organization dedicated to sustaining    the Netarts Bay area through education and stewardship.  <\/p>\n<p>    Registration is required.
