At LPMA 2017, futurist Chris Rolls will present for the first time the results of 12 months of research onthe future of the Australian and global real estate industries. <\/p>\n
Mr Rolls says he has spent the last year conducting interviews withleaders in the real estate industry including venture capitalists and keytech disruptors. <\/p>\n
Mr Rolls,a managing director of Australias first real estate industry venture capital fund, said many people are not aware that$1.7 billion was invested in real estate technology in 2015 alone. <\/p>\n
The sole purpose of which [was] to disrupt real estate industry around the world, he said. <\/p>\n
Now, while most of that money has been invested in places like Europe and the US, the first of those low-cost disrupters has already come to Australia. <\/p>\n
During his presentation atLPMA 2017 Mr Rolls will discuss issues pertinent to the industry today. <\/p>\n
Is tech going to kill the industry like Uber has killed taxis or will artificial intelligence replace property managers? All of those pressing questions. <\/p>\n
Mr Rolls will be joined by other speakers, including author and marketing consultant Amanda Stevens, Texan Brad Larson and property management expert Vasili Hadzellis. <\/p>\n
Ms Stevens session will focus on helping property managers connect beyond the superficial level, while Mr Larson will be talking about his fast-growing property business Larsen Properties and how property management fits in with its business model. Mr Hadzellis will host a session titled Property Management 3.0. <\/p>\n
