The document reads: \"The US ground troops are currently not ready and unable to deter or defeat highly capable peer enemies.\" <\/p>\n
The paper adds that US soldiers are not \"sufficiently trained, organised, equipped, nor postured\" to win wars in the decades to come. <\/p>\n
As a result, the US army has unveiled a new strategy for fighting multiple countries at the same time. <\/p>\n
Political analyst Ilya Plekhanov said the US is preparing for a high-tech war without the use of ground troops. <\/p>\n
He added: \"This is why the US Army is currently leading the way in developing this doctrine. <\/p>\n
\"They understand the army will be nearly expendable in a high-tech war against potential adversaries, primarily China and Russia. <\/p>\n
