This verse of the Bible describes very precisely the creature on the left side of the coat of arms, since in this type of illustrations of heraldry, a lion is supposed to have 3 claws while a bear has 4. Also, the torso of the animal seems to be a bit too skinny for a lion, looking more like that of a leopard, however the head, or in the case of the scripture, the mouth, is that of a lion. <\/p>\n
